Our Story

Usama Ishtay, 31 years old, petroleum engineer and geologist born and raised in Venezuela with Arabic background.

"My first step in the fashion industry was owning a woman clothing store and traveling several times a year to Los Angeles to buy and ship merchandise to my original country, after a while I decided to move to LA to study fashion design, and I started taking private pattern making and sewing classes, a few months later inspired by LA women I decided to join art hearts fashion for LA fashion week". 
After my first collection, I dressed rapper Eve for a gala to benefit Autism Speaks which opened the doors of the fashion industry in Los Angeles and made it possible for me to dress artists like Tyra Banks, Carrie Underwood, Thalia, Jeannie Mai, Paulina Rubio, Lauren London, Lauren Jauregui, Nikita Dragun... etc.
